Hi, I’m Aleta Royal, founder of Royal Insurance Solutions, Inc. My journey began in Quito, Ecuador, and through perseverance, faith, and a heart for helping others, I’ve built a career dedicated to serving my community. With over 30 years of experience in customer service, banking, money management, and insurance, I understand the importance of listening, researching, and problem-solving to ensure clients feel confident in their decisions. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Indiana Tech, graduating with honors, and later took a leap of faith to start my own independent insurance agency.

At Royal Insurance Solutions, I specialize in Medicare, health, dental, vision, and life insurance. As an independent broker, I’m not tied to one company, this allows me to find the best coverage to fit each client’s unique needs. Whether it’s navigating Medicare options, exploring Marketplace plans, or offering guidance on life insurance and safe retirement strategies, my goal is to make the process clear and approachable. I believe referrals are the greatest compliment, and I take pride in building trust through personal connections. While technology continues to change the industry, I remain committed to face-to-face relationships and being there when my clients need me most. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, Scott, our two sons, and our Australian Shepherd Abby. Family is my foundation, and together we enjoy local events, sports, and making memories on family trips. At the heart of everything I do is a blend of hard work, faith, and a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others.
